Jennifer McKee was born in Enterprise, AL but moved to Washington State at the age of ten. She has been performing and recording since the age of five. At nine years old she recorded a gospel album while living in Alabama and quickly learned the ropes of radio and television press as she promoted the album. When Jennifer was thirteen, her mother passed away from an automobile accident. That moment has shaped the course of her life ever since. Music was a lifeline for her through that experience and became an outlet for her grief and emotions. It was then that she knew music was a part of who she was and that it would play a huge role in her life in the years to come.

For many years Jennifer traveled and sang as a soloist, in groups, and in larger ensembles to churches and schools throughout the US and Canada.

Jennifer is currently busy writing and producing her debut album for her own record label, Keyed Up Records. Jennifer will write or co-write every song on the album and she is working closely on the production side as well.  Her personal charisma and excitement for country music is evident in her songs, her concerts, and the relationship she has with her fans.
